Referral service only (important)

RestoreHotline is a free referral service, not a restoration company. We connect homeowners with vetted, independent local restoration professionals. Calls are answered by a participating local pro — not by RestoreHotline. We may be paid a referral fee by the professionals we connect you with, at no cost to you.

We are not a restoration contractor. We do not inspect, estimate, perform, or guarantee any restoration, repair or waterproofing work, and we are not a party to any agreement you enter with a local professional. Any work, pricing, warranty and insurance coordination is solely between you and that independent professional.

Calls & recording

Calls may be recorded for quality and routing. In two-party-consent states, you will hear a recording disclosure when connected. By placing a call through our numbers you consent to that handling.

No warranty

The site and the connections it provides are offered “as is,” without warranty. We do not warrant the availability, qualifications, licensing, conduct or work of any professional we connect you with — vet any contractor before hiring, including verifying licensing and insurance as required in your state.

Account-free

There are no accounts, logins or paid plans for homeowners. The service is free to use; we may be paid a referral fee by the professionals we connect you with.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevRig LLC, Wyoming, USA is not liable for any damages arising from the work, conduct or omissions of a professional connected through RestoreHotline, or from your use of the site.
